Xpodex is a software platform that helps fitness businesses manage members, membership plans, billing, and related operations. Features and availability may change over time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account and organization workspaces.

You must have authority to create and manage an organization on behalf of the business you represent.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Access data you are not authorized to access
• Resell or sublicense the service without permission
• Collect client data in violation of applicable privacy laws

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to Xpodex. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your members and for complying with laws that apply to your business.

Xpodex, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xpodex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
